Kids Kickboxing & Muay Thai (Ages 5–12)

Our kids kickboxing and muay thai classes are designed to be fun, positive, and confidence building. Your child does not need any experience to start. We focus on movement, balance, coordination and learning simple techniques in a safe and comfortable environment.

Training helps kids:

  • improve focus and listening skills

  • develop discipline and respect

  • build confidence and self esteem

  • stay active and off screens

  • make new friends in a supportive group

Classes are taught at a relaxed pace so beginners feel comfortable. The goal is not aggression. The goal is fitness, confidence, and life skills through martial arts.

Youth Kickboxing & Muay Thai Classes (Ages 12–17)

Our youth kickboxing and muay thai classes help teens build strength, confidence, and self discipline in a positive environment. No prior experience is required. Every student trains at their own pace and is encouraged, not pressured.

Training is ideal for teenagers who want to:

  • get in shape and feel better about themselves

  • improve focus for school and daily life

  • build confidence and leadership skills

  • reduce stress and anxiety in a healthy way

  • be part of a motivating community

We focus on proper techniques, pad work and safe drills. Beginners are always welcome and never singled out. Teens learn real martial arts and also learn respect, teamwork, and self control.

Women Only Kickboxing & Muay Thai Classes

Our women only kickboxing and muay thai classes are designed to be comfortable, supportive and empowering. This is a space where women can train, feel confident, and focus on themselves without any intimidation.

You do not need to be fit to start. You do not need experience. We welcome complete beginners.

In these classes you will:

  • get a full body workout that burns calories and tones muscles

  • learn real self defence skills at your own pace

  • reduce stress and boost confidence

  • train in a supportive community of women

  • feel safe and encouraged, not judged

Every technique is explained clearly and adjusted for your comfort level. You choose your pace and intensity, and our instructors support you throughout your journey.

Adult Kickboxing & Muay Thai Classes (18+)

Our adult kickboxing and muay thai classes are designed for all fitness levels and all experience levels. Most of our members start as complete beginners. You can come in with zero experience and feel comfortable right away.

Training helps adults:

  • get in great shape and improve cardio

  • build strength and flexibility

  • learn real Muay Thai and kickboxing techniques

  • relieve stress after work or school

  • increase confidence and mental focus

Classes are beginner friendly and non intimidating. There is no requirement to spar, and beginners focus on pad work, drills and learning the basics first. You control your pace and intensity, and our instructors make sure you feel supported.

Personal Training, One on One Kickboxing and Muay Thai

Our Personal Training in Kickboxing and Muay Thai is the best option for anyone who wants full attention, faster progress, and a fully customized training plan. You do not need any experience to start. Your coach works with you one on one and guides you step by step.

Personal Training is ideal if you:

  • feel more comfortable training privately instead of in a group

  • want to learn techniques at your own pace

  • are a complete beginner and want extra guidance

  • have fitness or weight loss goals and want accountability

  • are preparing for competition or advanced training

  • prefer flexible scheduling that fits your lifestyle

Each session is designed specifically for your goals, whether that is:

  • getting in shape

  • improving technique
